Brézé from Domaine Guiberteau is a Saumur blanc, aged on lees, made from chenin blanc by the talented winemaker Romain Guiberteau. On the nose, lovely notes of apple, pear and honey. On the palate it is a incredibly complex, a flurry of aromas, burgundian in style with with buttery notes. Brézé is with great minerality, the hallmark of the great white wines of the Loire.
