Made from cabernet franc vines that are around 30 years old. Plots located on clay and pebble hillsides. North-south oriented. Exclusively manual harvest. Fermentation for a fortnight. Drop juice. Bottled after Easter. A generous ruby color. Touch of grapes and red fruits. Tasty mouth with harmonious tannins.
