Les Outardes du domaine de la Croix Mélier is a semi-dry wine made from vines almost 50 years old.
The vinification is carried out in slow fermentation with indigenous yeasts, ideal for reflecting the typicity of the terroir and developing complex aromas.
Where does the name of this beautiful cuvée from La Croix Mélier come from? Simply from the plot from which it originates which serves as a refuge for bustards (a large land bird that can reach more than a meter wide).
Nose and mouth: many fruity evocations on the nose as in the mouth, very smooth, almost sweet, opens on aromas of exotic fruits and pear.
Nice semi sweet Montlouis
Nice winery also if you want to visit.
