Our take on Domaine La Taupe

A small estate taken over by a promising Dutch winemaker : Bertjan Mol. The vineyard is completely biodynamic and certified Demeter : the Domaine La Taupe produces natural wines without sulphur, inputs or filtration. In short, a small “all natural” production, harvested by hand, of around 35,000 bottles per year (“only for the best vintages” says the winemaker!). Note that “Bert” Mol is also an importer of natural wines, so you can taste the wines of Domaine La Taupe … but not only :)
