Les Chanteaux from Domaine Couly Dutheil is a dry white chinon, made from chenin blanc grapes, typical of the region. On the nose, wonderful citrus and honey notes. The palate reveals aromas of lime, pear, apple and also peaches, with subtle floral notes. Les Chanteaux is perfectly balanced. Quite a fascinating wine, and yet pretty affordable for such quality.
