The “Clocher Chenin” cuvée from Domaine Bonnigal-Bodet develops a subtly fruity nose of citrus. A complex and generous dry Touraine Amboise white which combines aromas of fresh butter with subtle nuances of vanilla. The chenin grape produces a wine with beautiful roundness and minerality. Domaine Bonnigal-Bodet has accustomed us to producing superb wines and this “Le Clocher Chenin” is a fine example of their winemaking talent. To be enjoyed with a salmon steak
