About - Les Zerzilles
Les Zerzilles from Domaine Patrick Baudouin is a Quarts de Chaume, one of the most beautiful sweet wine appellations of the Loire. The plot is named from “Les Zerzilles”, with old vines planted in 1970. On the nose, lovely nuances of candied fruit, honey and quince. On the palate it is a rich and ample wine, with the right balance where the acidity plays its full counterweight to the residual sugars. Les Zerzilles is complex with a good final length, sapid.
