A fine Sauvignon blanc from Domaine Octavie. Pale and shiny in color, nose revealing notes of citrus and floral nuances. Good length. This Touraine Sauvignon will be enjoyed as an aperitif or will be a perfect match with seafood … and goat cheese (one of Loire Valley’s specialties). This wine is regularly awarded at regional and national French competitions. The winery production is sustainable agriculture, always a plus, of course.
