Jacky Blot, Head winemaker of Domaine de la Butte, offers us here Les Perrières cuvée, made from a plot of thiner soil on limestone. Les Perrières, a renowned locality, is located between the other Jacky Blot famous cuvées : the “Haut de la Butte” and the “Mi-Pente”, granting this very nice Bourgueil wine the fruity charm of Cabernet Franc, with freshness and minerality.
