The “La Coulée d’Argent” cuvée from Domaine Bourillon Dorléans is a dry white Vouvray wine (or “tranquil” wine as the locals like to say). The color is a beautiful yellow with green-silver reflections. A nose typical of Chenin, with notes of white fruits (pear) and stone fruits (peach, nectarine). A very pleasant palate by its simplicity: mineral and delicately scented. La Coulée d’Argent is a very nice dry Vouvray wine that goes perfectly with fish dishes (the Bourillon Dorléans estate suggests fillets of sole poached in a herbal juice) or with seafood, where its beautiful acidity and its beautiful freshness will hit the spot.
Great with fish dish
Sweet for a dry white with a touch of bitter. Medium intensity with citrus, white and yellow floral. Enjoy this Coulée d’Argent with fish and roast vegetables.
