The “Le Fondis” cuvée from Domaine Amirault comes from a plot located in the locality of the same name. A plot that has produced a high quality vintage for several hundred years! Like the whole estate, this “Le Fondis” cuvée is certified organic and biodynamic. A beautiful purple colour. On the nose, aromas of very ripe red fruits with beautiful complexity. The palate is full, silky and elegant with a long and persistent finish. “Le Fondis” is a magnificent Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil wine, to be discovered quickly!
